Shukla Dwadashi is also presided over by Vishnu, representing completion, sustenance, and divine blessings. This tithi is considered highly auspicious for concluding vows, performing auspicious ceremonies, and breaking fasts observed on Ekadashi. It signifies fulfillment and prosperity. A traditional observance is Parihar Dwadashi, where devotees break their Ekadashi fast at the prescribed time, offering prayers and food to Vishnu, ensuring the full merit of their spiritual discipline.

Dana includes offering food, clothes, or money to Brahmins and the needy, particularly after breaking the Ekadashi fast, for spiritual merit.
Thursday is ruled by Brihaspati (Jupiter), representing wisdom, knowledge, and prosperity. Its character is benevolent, expansive, and spiritual, influencing education and good fortune. This day is considered highly auspicious for spiritual practices, educational pursuits, marriage ceremonies, and seeking blessings from gurus or elders. It is generally favorable for starting long-term projects and financial investments. Many devotees observe a fast, worship Lord Vishnu or Sai Baba, and perform bhajans, seeking wisdom, wealth, and marital happiness. Offering yellow items is also a common practice.
