एकादशी व्रत करी। विष्णु भगवानक पूजा उज्जर फूलसँ करी (हेमाक प्रायश्चित्त-प्रतीक)। विष्णु सहस्रनामकेँ पाठ करी। ई व्रत खास कऽ चर्म रोगसभकेँ ठीक करबाक लेल, नियोक्ता वा वरिष्ठ अधिकारीसभक संग हरायल कृपाकेँ पुनः प्राप्त करबाक लेल, आ कर्मिक मानल जायवला शारीरिक स्थितिसभकेँ संबोधित करबाक लेल शक्तिशाली अछि। एहि दिन योग अभ्यास (आसन, प्राणायाम, ध्यान) प्रोत्साहित कएल जाइत अछि — योगिनी नाम योगिक अनुशासनसँ जुड़ल अछि। दीर्घकालिक बीमारीसँ पीड़ित लोकसभकेँ भोजन आ वस्त्र दान करी।
